Upcoming Events in Munich - 03.02 - 16.02

What's up?

I'm so glad to write on my blog again! I've been gone for a while, I wasn't able to type or to write, because I broke my right wrist last month. I got a surgery, it was that bad. But now, I have 3 Titanium nails in my bones. That's Metal as F*ck! \m/!!



Since there are a lot of great event coming up, I thought I would give some tips about gigs and stuff in Munich for the first weeks of February. So here we go!

Friday 07.02: 
1. Behemoth and Cradle of Filth at Backstage. The show costs 30E and starts at 18h25

2. Senses May Wither, Slate Grey, Unveiling the Sky and What the Force at Backstage. 5E, they start playing at 19h30. Most of these bands are from Munich, so another good way to discover some of our talents!

3. There is a Metal Night at Puchheim (Am Grünen Markt 5, close to the S-Bahn) The bands are As Time Went By, Erroneous, Human Shadows and End of Sickness. I don't know any of them, but the entry is only 3E and they start playing at 20h.

Saturday 08.02:
1. Sepultura, Legion of the Damned, Flotsam & Jetsam, Suicidal Angels, Fueled by Fire, Lost Society, Mortillery and Exarsis at Backstage. 30E for all these bands, and they start rocking the night at 16h

2. The Dark Side of Munich at Feierwerk. 15E for 8 bands of Munich\Bayern. Because they are so many, they start at 16h as well. Here is the line-up: Nocte Obducta, Dead Alone, Rapture, My Cold Embrace, Saeculum Obscurum (here is a post I've written on them), Skrotum, Abysmal and Renegade. To be honest, I don't know the half of them, but this is an awesome way to discover the underground local scene. I'll be there, throwing the horns at these guys!

Sunday 09.02:
1. Iced Earth, Warmbringer and Elm Street at Backstage. 26E for these guys, with a start at 20h

2. Primal Fear and Bullet at Feierwerk. 35E, and the doors open at 20h. (I wanna go so bad, but I need to stop myself.)

Monday 10.02: 
Just so you know that Ready, Set, Fall! is cancelled!

Thursday 13.02:
Enfoncer, Skull Fist and Vanderbuyst + Guests at Backstage. 16E, and they start at 19h30.

Friday 14.02:
Heavy Valentine at Soundcafe (Traubestr. 5). For 5E, you see Pro.insanity, Defated, Silentears and Narsil. The gig starts at 19h.

Saturday 15.02:
1. Kataklysm (\m/) with Krisiun and Fleshgod Apocalypse at Backstage. 21E with an amazing night starting at 20h. My ticket is waiting for me for a very long time now.

2. Release Party + Concert of Firedog, a band from Munich. For what I've heard of them, I'm not a big fan of what they do, they are too New Metal for me, but hey! you may like it! 10E, 20h at Spectaculum Mundi (Graubündener Straße 100)

Sunday 16.02:
Trivium with Miss May I and Battlecross. 30E, and you need to go in Kultfabrik (The only reason I would risk myself in Kultfabrik is a metal concert.) in Theaterfabrik\Optimolwerke at 19h30.

There are the regular Metal Night at Roxx and Eddy's, but as they are weekly, I don't include them here. And the bands playing at 8Below are only Rock for the next two weeks, no metal until the 19.02!
